Can I join the staff? If and when we are hiring it will be advertised on the front page under news and from there it will link to the page where you apply. If it isnt there then we are currently not hiring, sorry.

How do i get [insert trophy here]? Use the search function under "View or add game trophies" to find the game you want. Then on the right hand side it tells you how to get the trophy. For some games there will be a guide link which will give you help on obtaining it, if there is no guide then there should be soon.

Will you link to my petpage/offsite game guide? We currently only link to our own or Jellyneo.net 's game guides. This is very unlikely to change but if it ever does it will be posted on the news page.

I added a trophy to my Neotrophies lookup but it isnt showing up on my Neopets lookup, help! Adding a trophy to your Neotrophies lookup will NEVER add it to you Neopets lookup. Neotrophies and Neopets are two seperate sites and there are NO staff links between the two. Yes this means we cannot unfreeze you neo account either *sigh*. If you want to add a trophy to your neopets lookup then you have to earn it on the Neopets site, and Neotrophies is all about helping do that!

Will there ever be forums or a chat board on the site? Short answer, No.

Will you log into my Neopets account and get me [Insert trophy here] No never. That is against Neopets Terms and Conditions which you can read here. If anyone ever offers to do this you should report them here, giving as much information as you can. If you allow anyone to access your account then you BOTH risking being frozen.

I've read your guide on getting a trophy but I still cant get it, what do I do? It can take a long time to get good enough at a game to get the trophy, I know personally it took me forever to get the petpetsitter trophy, then suddenly it just all came together and I managed it. The key is practice, practice, and more practice. If you try hard enough for long enough then you will get there. If your too impatient for that then we have a guide for some easier to get trophies and ones that dont require tons of gaming skill here.

Why are some of your spellings wrong? The owner of the site is from England as is the main content writer so a lot of the spellings may be different to what you're used to if you live in America for example. If this is causing you problems then please let me know by using this form under comments.

The update your details page wont let me update my Neotrophies username At the moment that option is not availiable, this may change at a later date but not at the moment, sorry.

I've forgotten my password what do I do? If you go to the login screen you will see there is a "forgotten password" option. Just type in your Neotrophies username and we will mail a new password to you.

I've forgotten my password/Neotrophies username and the email address I gave you no longer works, what do I do? Email chris@neotrophies.co.uk explaining the problem and he will try to help you.

I dont have an email address how do I join? You have to have a valid email address to have a Neopets account therefore we assume that you will already have one. If you dont have a neopets account then Neotrophies really isnt much use to you anyway. If you want to join neopets and neotrophies but dont have an email address there are a number of sites that offer a free one.

The perfect lookup looks great! Does anyone really have that? As far as we know, no no-one does. But who knows there may be a Neopets staff member or test account that does. Yes they would have to be a member of Neopets Staff or they could not have the Root Canal CHAMPION trophy. If you find one let us know!

I just won a spotlight but didn't get a trophy, did I do something wrong? No, you did everything right. Well done on winning! Unfortunately, there seems to be a glitch that keeps occuring that stops spotlight trophies from being given out. Hopefully once it is fixed you will get your trophy. In the mean time, I suggest sending in a bug report.
